Structures Congress is packed with great technical sessions so you can get up to 14.5 PDHs, but don't forget about the social activities that will allow you to network while having fun!

All of the following social activities are included in full conference registration. 

Thursday, May 4

Welcome Reception in Exhibit Hall

Join HDR and kick off the first day of the conference in the Exhibit Hall from 5:00-6:30 pm. This will be a great opportunity to meet with exhibitors, sponsors, and your fellow conference attendees after a full day of technical sessions. 

JEDI Reception in 8 Block Restaurant

SEI's DEI Committee, Members of Society Advancing An Inclusive Culture (MOSAIC), and Women in Structural Engineering (WiSE) will be your hosts for a unique networking opportunity from 6:30 - 7:30 pm at the conference hotel's restaurant, 8 Block. 

Friday, May

Friday Evening Reception

A fun off-site reception from 6:00-7:30 pm will cap off the social events at Structures Congress. Mix and mingle with your friends while listening to a live jazz band and experience the current exhibitions at Ogden Museum of Southern Art which is home to the largest collection of southern art in the world. 

Ogden Museum is located at 925 Camp St., New Orleans, and is only a mile away from the conference hotel. Transportation will not be provided but it is a short walk, streetcar, or cab ride from the hotel.
